Blue Moon Campground Policies & Rules

Rules may be amended by Management as needed.



Anyone failing to follow Blue Moon Campground rules and policies may be removed from the property and subject to suspension and/or revocation of guest membership without a refund. Management reserves the right to restrict access to the campground and/or common areas for any member who fails to follow the rules or is considered a threat or nuisance to other guests.

Blue Moon Campground is a private membership facility. All staff, guests, and seasonal renters must be approved members and pay a yearly membership fee, currently $50.00.
At check-in, every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) showing date of birth. You must be 21 years of age or older to become a member. Photocopies of IDs will not be accepted.
No one is allowed on the property without a valid annual membership. Memberships can be purchased in advance on the campground website.
No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the campground.
Blue Moon Campground does not tolerate racism, bigotry, or discrimination of any kind. We celebrate uniqueness and diversity. Symbols or expressions of racism, hate, or discrimination—written, spoken, printed, or in any form—are strictly prohibited. If you feel threatened or witness unacceptable behavior, notify a staff member immediately.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm. Guests with RV sites, tent sites, or cabin rentals may check in early, subject to availability. Please call ahead to see if an early check in is available.
Speed limit is 10 miles per hour.
Blue Moon Campground Window Reservation Tags must be displayed at all times in your vehicle during your visit.
All vehicles including RVs on property must have current registration and insurance.
NO SEX IN PUBLIC AREAS; this is strictly enforced.
No firearms, weapons, or fireworks allowed on property. No hunting or fishing allowed on property.
The possession, use, or sale of illegal drugs is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the Property and memberships will be revoked without refunds. Law enforcement may be notified and any guest violating this policy may be removed from the property and / or legally restrained from entering the campground.
No drones allowed.
Photography of others is prohibited without the consent of all individuals photographed. No photography is allowed in bathrooms or shower facilities. Violators will be removed and memberships canceled without refund.
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in cabins, the clubhouse, pool area, and all indoor spaces. Smoking is also prohibited within 75 feet of any building or the pool. Smoking is not allowed in wooded areas due to fire risk.
Pedestrians have the right of way.
Guests must use their vehicle / golf cart headlights & tail lights while driving at night (dusk to dawn).
One RV and one additional vehicle per site. (additional parking available in designated parking lots / areas)
No parking on unoccupied RV or tent sites.
No dumping of waste or formaldehyde/chemical-based holding tank waste on the ground. These chemicals damage the septic system.
Do not trespass through another campsite.
Do not drive any items into the ground over one foot in depth.
Guests must keep their campsite clean. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Campground.
If your overnight accommodation does not have a designated parking spot, please park in the designated lots / areas). 
No cutting down of the trees permitted, alive or dead.

Campfires with natural wood allowed only in designated areas / fire pits.
Do not leave a campfire unattended. All campfires must be totally extinguished before departure.
No grilling on cabin decks, cottage decks, on picnic tables or near anything flammable including tents or foliage.
Guests are responsible for any property damage.
Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s personal property.
All Pet vaccinations must be presented at time of check-in.
Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, or general store.
Pets must not be left outside unattended. Management reserves the right to require that pets be muzzled or otherwise restrained for the safety and comfort of other guests and pets. If a pet has a history of aggressive behavior, please leave your pet at home for the comfort and safety of all guests and other pets. Blue Moon Campground reserves the right to require a pet be removed from the property.
Pets are not allowed in any campground public buildings. Clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, or general store.
Any guest causing a disturbance may be removed from the Campground and be subject to having their membership revoked.
Trash must be placed in designated receptacles. No dumping of large items or furniture.
Personal music is allowed at the pool only with headphones.
Washing machines & dryers are available onsite (coming later 2026).
Dishwashing in shower rooms or bathrooms is prohibited.
Do not feed the wildlife.
Do not attach anything to campground property, signs, or infrastructure.
EV charging is only allowed at the designated station near the General Store.
Releasor does hereby further covenant and agree to indemnify, defend and hold Releasees, harmless of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses, attorneys fees, causes of action, judgments, lawsuits, proceedings, damages and liability which are brought or claimed by anyone and which relate in any way to, or arise in any way from, the presence of Releasor in, on or around the Blue Moon Campground, or his or her participation in activity on the property, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 



Releasor assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to negligence of Releasees or otherwise while in, on, or around the Blue Moon Campground, or participating in its many numerous activities. Releasor is entering into this Waiver and Release with the full understanding, knowledge and consent that:



– The campground has limited physical improvements.

– Roads and paths may be unpaved, uneven, or contain debris.

– The swimming pool is shallow and unattended. No diving allowed. (Rules posted onsite.)

– Use the hot tub at your own risk. (Rules posted onsite.)

– There are no security guards on the property.

– Blue Moon Campground is an adult gay resort, and clothing is optional in many areas.

– Campground staff may take photos for marketing purposes.

– Some activities may involve strenuous physical exercise.

– Alcohol is consumed on-site.

– There is no Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on the property.

Releasor acknowledges that the forgoing represents conditions which may contribute to 
injury to my person including without limitation, wildlife altercations, lacerations, abrasions, contusions, fractures, sprains, paralysis, dismemberment, disease, scarring, disfigurement, embarrassment, psychological damage, sickness, memory loss, etc. or may cause death.
PLEASE REPORT ALL EMERGENCIES TO CAMP PERSONNEL IMMEDIATELY

– In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
