Our first Wellness Weekend back in March was such a success that we’re doing it again!

Jimmy will be leading:
– Yoga (all experience levels welcome)
– Guided meditation
– Hikes around the property
Chris will be offering:
– Massage sessions throughout the weekend
– A complimentary massage workshop where you’ll learn techniques you can use at home.

BMC will be hosting Friendsgiving on Saturday, November 21st. Join us for a cozy potluck dinner. As the date gets closer, we’ll share a sign-up list so everyone can bring a dish or something special to the table. Make a weekend of it—enjoy a hike to burn off those extra calories, or simply kick back by the wood-burning fire with a drink in hand.
