Directions to Blue Moon Campground;
For those who will be bringing their RV’s we recommend not driving through Lafayette town as there are a few tight turns. Below is our recommend route to the campground;
Directions from Atlanta.
– I-75 North
– Exit 320, Highway 136. (Resaca/Lafayette)
– Take Hwy 136 west.
– Continue on GA Hwy 136 towards Lafayette / Cloudland Canyon State park. At first stop sign , Turn right and continue on Hwy – 136. (Approx 21 miles )
– At second stop sign, turn left on GA- 156 / GA – 136. (1.4 miles)
– Turn right on GA – 136 / East Villanow Street. (Approx. 4 miles)
– Turn right on US Hwy 27 (2.4 miles)
– Turn Right and continue on US Hwy 27 ( 1/2 mile)
– Turn left at light on GA 136. (Approx. 1 mile)
– Turn left on Old Mineral Springs Rd. ( Approx. 1.5 miles)
– Turn right into campground (Walnut row)
