2025/26 EVENT CALENDAR
At Blue Moon Campground, we believe in creating a rhythm that blends exciting events with plenty of time to relax, recharge, and connect. Our calendar reflects that balance—some weekends will be filled with energy and celebration, while others are all about slowing down, spending time with friends, and meeting new ones. Even on weekends not listed below, you can expect a variety of laid-back activities—campfires, evening socials by the pool, movie nights, spontaneous gatherings, and more. There’s always something happening, whether you’re looking to join the fun or simply unwind under the stars.
MARCH 6th. BEARS IN THE WOODS
Bears in the Woods Weekend is all about laid-back days with plenty of time to relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub. We’ll kick things off on Friday night with a welcoming campfire — the perfect way to settle in, meet fellow members, and ease into the weekend. On Saturday night, we turn up the heat with our Harness & Gear Party. Break out your favorite harness and gear for a high-energy night of music, mingling, and bear-worthy fun under the stars.
MARCH 20th. CAMP EROS
We’re thrilled to announce Camp Eros Weekend with Jimmy Urciuoli. As many of you already know, Jimmy has joined us at BMC in the past to lead yoga classes—and now we’re expanding that experience into a full weekend of wellness, mindfulness, and connection. Camp Eros runs Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd, and features a thoughtfully curated series of practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. This is a packaged weekend experience for $100 (accommodation not included), with the option to sign up for individual classes as well. If it speaks to you, book your stay and plan to join us. FRIDAY 5:30pm – Yin Yoga A grounding, deeply relaxing practice using long-held poses to improve flexibility, calm the nervous system, and support mental well-being. SATURDAY 11:00am – Yang/Yin Yoga A balanced practice combining strengthening, energizing movement with soft, restorative poses. 2:00pm – Hike & Forest Meditation Location: Shirley Miller Wildflower Trail (approx. 20-minute drive) A mindful group hike through one of the region’s most celebrated spring wildflower areas, featuring a beautiful waterfall. Note: Requires a $5 Georgia Hunting or Fishing License (day or annual pass – we send details to attendees on how to purchase prior to Camp Eros). Carpooling encouraged. 6:00pm – Mindfulness Circle Breathwork, sensory meditation, and restorative poses, followed by a group sharing circle for deeper reflection and connection. 8:00pm – Private Fireside Gathering An intimate evening reserved for retreat participants—warmth, conversation, laughter, and meaningful connection around the fire. SUNDAY 10:00am – Yang/Yin Yoga A final energizing practice to close the weekend feeling open, steady, and renewed. Tickets can be purchased under the Day Passes & Event Tickets tab. APRIL 3rd. BUNNIES GONE WILD
Spring at BMC, and we’re celebrating with a colorful weekend full of sunshine (hopefully!), good vibes, and a little mischief. We’re excited to announce Bebe Dupree will be joining us for a Potluck Brunch Picnic on the lawn — with fun entertainment and plenty of color to match the season! Expect a mix of springtime magic + Easter play with egg decorating, Then let the games begin with the BMC Easter Egg Hunt. So grab your brightest spring look, bring a dish to share, and show up with your best bunny energy… Currently we have plenty availability!
APRIL 17th. GLOW WITH PRIDE
Get ready for GLOW With Pride Weekend! Deck out your golf carts (or yourself) in lights and join the glow parade. Our favorite DJ Ricky will be hosting a glow paint party at the outdoor pavilion. We will have glow paint and glow sticks to kick the party off!
APRIL 24th. BOOTS, BELTS & BULGES
Boots, Belts & Bulges is riding into BMC this weekend! Friday Night We kick things off with a welcome campfire under the stars. We’re excited to welcome Jeff Stinson, narrative poet, who’ll be joining us for a special campfire poetry reading. Then we turn up the karaoke for – come ready to sing little country! Saturday During the day, we’re thrilled to welcome Terence Ng from DanceOut Atlanta leading a beginner-friendly line dancing class — no experience needed, just show up and have fun). Saturday Night — The Big Gay Hoedown Pull on your boots, grab your hat, and hit the line — it’s time to dance. Friday & Saturday the food truck will be serving up Mexican favorites and margaritas. It’s going to be a rootin’-tootin’, boots-stompin’, BMC kind of weekend!
MAY 8th. CINCO DE MAYO
Cinco de Mayo weekend is coming in HOT at BMC Friday Night We kick things off with campfire vibes, the food truck serving up the great authentic Mexican flavors, karaoke, and a little Latin dancing to get things going! Saturday Afternoon Cocktail-making class with two of our resident pros — learn a few tricks and, more importantly, taste a few creations. Saturday Night — The BMC Cinco Craw This is where it gets fun… Create a margarita, guac, salsa — or all three! Each crawler gets a scorecard to rate the stops, and at the end of the night we’ll crown the winners.
MAY 15th. PUP CAMP
PUP CAMP AT BMC! We’re teaming up with Surge the Pup to bring a fun, playful, and engaging weekend full of energy, connection, and a little play! More details coming soon…
MAY 25th. MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
JUNE 12th through 19th. SUMMER CAMP
We have a LOT planned for our first Summer Camp — below is an outline, with more details to come! Come for the full week or just a long weekend. FRIDAY — ARRIVAL DAY + Ice Breaker. Afternoon• Chill pool hangout or explore the property. Evening• Campfire social with s’mores. Games night in the clubhouse. SATURDAY — CAMP OLYMPICS. Morning• 11am Yoga with Jimmy ($20 per person). Camp Olympics – Let the games begin! Afternoon – 1pm -6pm Pool party – DJ Ricky. Evening. 8-m to 11pm. Jock strap foam party with DJ’s Eric & Christo (BTTSX). SUNDAY — WATER SPORTS: WET & WILD. Watermen polo. Pancake breakfast in the clubhouse. Morning• Pool volleyball tournament. Afternoon• Slip ’n Slide bowling + more games (TBA). Evening• Outdoor movie night (classic camp favorite or fun gay cult classic). MONDAY — WHITE WATE RAFTING. Trip to the Ocoee (optional – cost $57 per person). Evening• Clubhouse games night. TUESDAY — ADVENTURE + SKILLS DAY. Morning• Guided hike at Cloudland Canyon. Afternoon• Pool time. Ping Pong tournament. Evening• BMC karaoke. WEDNESDAY— MIDWEEK CHILL DAY. Relax, recharge, and hang out. Optional day trip (TBD). THURSDAY — COMMUNITY + CREATIVE DAY. Morning• Craft village: tie-dye, painting, button making. Afternoon• Pool time. Evening• Special dinner (optional – cost TBD). FRIDAY — FINALE DAY. Chilled pool day. Evening• Talent show with Babe Dupree.
JUNE 19th. SHAGADELIC
If you’ve been to Blue Moon Campground, you already know we’re obsessed with our Austin Powers pinball machine! Shagadelic Weekend is our throwback to the groovy glory days of the ‘60s and ‘70s — think funky tunes, wild outfits, poolside flirting, and lots of “Yeah baby!” We’re kicking things off Friday night with our campfire and talent show with Babe Dupree. Bring it on! Sing, dance, juggle… show us whatcha got! Saturday day we will host or pinball tournament. Saturday afternoon, get ready for the Shagadelic Pool Party with funky disco beats, retro poolside vibes, and all the flower-power chaos you can handle. Then Saturday night, Ricky spinning the best ‘60s and ‘70s hits from 7PM–11PM. Dress code? Go FULL GROOVY. Flares, bright colors, platform shoes, kinky boots, funky prints, oversized sunglasses, big hair, fringe, sequins, and anything that screams Austin Powers energy. Yeah baby… it’s gonna be SHAGADELIC.
JUNE 26th. PRIDE WEEKEND
HAPPY PRIDE MONTH! Celebrate Pride Weekend at BMC June 26th–28th. Friday Night – Campfire Social. Saturday – Pool Party with Ricky 1-6pm. Saturday Evening – Karaoke & Drag Show! Food Truck Hours. Friday: 4:30PM–8:30PM. Saturday: 1:00PM–8:00PM. More details coming soon!
JULY 4th WEEKEND
4th of July Weekend at BMC is going to be BIG! We’re planning one of the biggest weekends of the summer with pool parties, games, activities, music, and plenty of BMC-style chaos all weekend long. Thursday, July 2. We’ll kick things off with a Campfire Social. Friday, July 3. 1PM–5PM Pool Party with DJ Eric & Christo (BTTSX). Friday Evening — BMC Red, White & Blue Crawl. Get ready to SHOW YOUR COLORS! There will be prizes for: – Best Red, White & Blue Drinks. – Best Food. – Best Themed Site. So what’s your vibe? Lumber jacks? Rednecks? Daddy issues? Leather obsessed? Bring it on and CAMP IT UP! Email info@bmcampground.com if you would like your site to be added to the crawl! Saturday, July 4. 11AM – Yoga with Jimmy down at the stage. $20 per person (paid directly to Jimmy) DJ Ricky will be onsite from 7PM–10PM getting the party started. Theme – dress in Red, White or Blue. Chris the masseur will be back Thursday through Sunday. We’ll be setting up a schedule soon. July is HOT… so Santa’s ditching the North Pole and heading to BMC Get ready for our Bad Santa Bash Pool Party this weekend: – Pool party vibes all day – DJ Ricky spinning poolside – Bebe Dupree bringing the naughty AND nice It’s Christmas in July… BMC style — a little festive, a little filthy, and a whole lot of fun.

On August 1st, Blue Moon Campground celebrates our 1-year anniversary — and we’re throwing a Mooniversary Weekend to celebrate with our incredible community. Saturday August 1st we will be hosting GLOW 2. Get ready for a night to remember!

WHITE PARTY WEEKEND. We’re going all white for this one… Friday Night. Cocktails + bites to kick things off — a little chilled, a little sophisticated… for now. Saturday Day. Pool party vibes in full swing White briefs competition — show us what you’ve got! Saturday Night. Black lights on. Music up. The woods glowing party!

We’re hosting another Wellness Weekend at BMC — September 25th–27th — bringing together James Patrick Urciuoli (Jimmy) and Chris Atilano-Galvan for a weekend focused on mind, body & community. All activities will be à la carte, allowing guests to create their own perfect wellness experience. Enjoy yoga classes Friday, Saturday & Sunday, massage sessions available throughout the weekend, and a special class from Chris covering the basics of massage. We’ll also be hosting nature walks around the property, mindfulness circles, and more.
OCTOBER 2nd. OKTOBERFEST
Get ready for a fall weekend full of crisp air, cozy campfires, and festive fun! Join us for our Octoberfest celebration filled with great food, cold drinks, and autumn vibes under the Blue Moon sky. There will be; Seasonal brews A food truck on Saturday Campfires Music and festive activities
OCTOBER 16th. DIVA WEEKEND
It’s time to unleash your inner diva at BMC for a weekend of glamour, drama, glitter, music, and unapologetic fabulousness. Whether you’re channeling Cher, Elton John, Dolly, Freddie Mercury, disco daddy energy — this is your weekend to SHINE. More details to come!
OCTOBER 30th. HALLOWEEN WEEKEND
Halloween 2025 was SOLD OUT and an absolute blast! We’re already cooking up plans for Halloween 2026 and while details are still coming… expect lots of spooky fun and plenty of treats after dark!
NOVEMBER 21st. FRIENDSGIVING DINNER
BMC will be hosting Friendsgiving on Saturday, November 21st. Join us for a cozy potluck dinner. As the date gets closer, we’ll share a sign-up list so everyone can bring a dish or something special to the table. Make a weekend of it—enjoy a hike to burn off those extra calories, or simply kick back by the wood-burning fire with a drink in hand.

Join us for our Pre-Christmas Weekend at BMC! Friday Night – Gather around the campfire and kick things off with a festive Secret Santa gift exchange. Saturday Night – It’s our Onesie Party! Show up in your campest, glitteriest, or sexiest outfit and let’s celebrate the holidays BMC-style—it’s going to be one weekend you won’t want to miss!
