MARCH 6th. BEARS IN THE WOODS

Bears in the Woods Weekend is all about laid-back days with plenty of time to relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub. We’ll kick things off on Friday night with a welcoming campfire — the perfect way to settle in, meet fellow members, and ease into the weekend. On Saturday night, we turn up the heat with our Harness & Gear Party. Break out your favorite harness and gear for a high-energy night of music, mingling, and bear-worthy fun under the stars.

MARCH 20th. CAMP EROS

We’re thrilled to announce Camp Eros Weekend with Jimmy Urciuoli. As many of you already know, Jimmy has joined us at BMC in the past to lead yoga classes—and now we’re expanding that experience into a full weekend of wellness, mindfulness, and connection. Camp Eros runs Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd, and features a thoughtfully curated series of practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. This is a packaged weekend experience for $100 (accommodation not included), with the option to sign up for individual classes as well. If it speaks to you, book your stay and plan to join us. FRIDAY 5:30pm – Yin Yoga A grounding, deeply relaxing practice using long-held poses to improve flexibility, calm the nervous system, and support mental well-being. SATURDAY 11:00am – Yang/Yin Yoga A balanced practice combining strengthening, energizing movement with soft, restorative poses. 2:00pm – Hike & Forest Meditation Location: Shirley Miller Wildflower Trail (approx. 20-minute drive) A mindful group hike through one of the region’s most celebrated spring wildflower areas, featuring a beautiful waterfall. Note: Requires a $5 Georgia Hunting or Fishing License (day or annual pass – we send details to attendees on how to purchase prior to Camp Eros). Carpooling encouraged. 6:00pm – Mindfulness Circle Breathwork, sensory meditation, and restorative poses, followed by a group sharing circle for deeper reflection and connection. 8:00pm – Private Fireside Gathering An intimate evening reserved for retreat participants—warmth, conversation, laughter, and meaningful connection around the fire. SUNDAY 10:00am – Yang/Yin Yoga A final energizing practice to close the weekend feeling open, steady, and renewed. Tickets can be purchased under the Day Passes & Event Tickets tab. APRIL 3rd. BUNNIES GONE WILD

Spring at BMC, and we’re celebrating with a colorful weekend full of sunshine (hopefully!), good vibes, and a little mischief. We’re excited to announce Bebe Dupree will be joining us for a Potluck Brunch Picnic on the lawn — with fun entertainment and plenty of color to match the season! Expect a mix of springtime magic + Easter play with egg decorating, Then let the games begin with the BMC Easter Egg Hunt. So grab your brightest spring look, bring a dish to share, and show up with your best bunny energy… Currently we have plenty availability!

APRIL 17th. GLOW WITH PRIDE

Get ready for GLOW With Pride Weekend! Deck out your golf carts (or yourself) in lights and join the glow parade. Our favorite DJ Ricky will be hosting a glow paint party at the outdoor pavilion. We will have glow paint and glow sticks to kick the party off!

APRIL 24th. BOOTS, BELTS & BULGES

Boots, Belts & Bulges is riding into BMC this weekend! Friday Night We kick things off with a welcome campfire under the stars. We’re excited to welcome Jeff Stinson, narrative poet, who’ll be joining us for a special campfire poetry reading. Then we turn up the karaoke for – come ready to sing little country! Saturday During the day, we’re thrilled to welcome Terence Ng from DanceOut Atlanta leading a beginner-friendly line dancing class — no experience needed, just show up and have fun). Saturday Night — The Big Gay Hoedown Pull on your boots, grab your hat, and hit the line — it’s time to dance. Friday & Saturday the food truck will be serving up Mexican favorites and margaritas. It’s going to be a rootin’-tootin’, boots-stompin’, BMC kind of weekend!

MAY 8th. CINCO DE MAYO

Cinco de Mayo weekend is coming in HOT at BMC Friday Night We kick things off with campfire vibes, the food truck serving up the great authentic Mexican flavors, karaoke, and a little Latin dancing to get things going! Saturday Afternoon Cocktail-making class with two of our resident pros — learn a few tricks and, more importantly, taste a few creations. Saturday Night — The BMC Cinco Craw This is where it gets fun… Create a margarita, guac, salsa — or all three! Each crawler gets a scorecard to rate the stops, and at the end of the night we’ll crown the winners.

MAY 15th. PUP CAMP

PUP CAMP AT BMC! We’re teaming up with Surge the Pup to bring a fun, playful, and engaging weekend full of energy, connection, and a little play! More details coming soon…

We have a LOT planned for our first Summer Camp — below is an outline, with more details to come! Come for the full week or just a long weekend. There’s no additional cost for activities on property, but events like white water rafting or a dinner out (or a catered dinner at BMC) will be an additional cost. We’ll keep crafting and adding to the schedule over the coming months — this is going to be a fun-packed week! If you’ve been to BMC, you already know we’re obsessed with our Austin Powers pinball machine! Shagadelic Weekend is a throwback to the groovy glory days of the 60’s — think big vibes, funky tunes, and lots of “yeah baby!” We’re kicking things off Friday night with our “Do I Make You Horny, Baby?!” Campfire. Saturday, come ready for a Shagadelic Pool Party. Think funk + disco tunes and full-on retro poolside vibes. Saturday evening we’ll host our Austin Powers Pinball Tournament with groovy prizes… then keep the party going with a 60’s & 70’s Karaoke Night. Yeah baby — let’s get groovy!

Halloween 2025 was SOLD OUT and an absolute blast! We’re already cooking up plans for Halloween 2026 and while details are still coming… expect lots of spooky fun and plenty of treats after dark!

NOVEMBER 21st. FRIENDSGIVING DINNER

BMC will be hosting Friendsgiving on Saturday, November 21st. Join us for a cozy potluck dinner. As the date gets closer, we’ll share a sign-up list so everyone can bring a dish or something special to the table. Make a weekend of it—enjoy a hike to burn off those extra calories, or simply kick back by the wood-burning fire with a drink in hand.

DECEMBER 11th. CHRISTMAS ONESIE PARTY

Join us for our Pre-Christmas Weekend at BMC! Friday Night – Gather around the campfire and kick things off with a festive Secret Santa gift exchange. Saturday Night – It’s our Onesie Party! Show up in your campest, glitteriest, or sexiest outfit and let’s celebrate the holidays BMC-style—it’s going to be one weekend you won’t want to miss!
